Active year-round identification and recruitment of migratory children is required within the SSA. This may be conducted at the SSA Member District level, by the ESC SSA recruiter, or both. Documentation is maintained to demonstrate active recruitment within all SSA Member Districts. This can be accomplished with the Family Survey: Migratory Agricultural Work, recruiter logs, public notices such as posters, and completed COEs. If the SSA's recruiter is from the ESC, there should be an assigned local migrant contact in the SSA Member District, so the ESC SSA MEP recruiter has assistance gathering survey data and family contact information.
