Out-of-School Youth

The Migrant Education Program helps provide and coordinate services to eligible migratory children age 3 through 21 years old. Migrant programs are able to assist youth who are not currently enrolled in school (out-of-school youth) but still have needs and are eligible for services. Whether OSY are seeking assistance in continuing their education, or obtaining supplemental services, MEP staff are able to ensure their needs are met. The resources included below, provide details about services available for out-of-school youth.
